Need info regarding 221(g) Bule form

Hi friends,

I have been issued 221(g) Bule form two weeks back @ chennai consulate.
Here my concern is, she has selected almost all doucments from petitioner's,
Among that, one of the required document is

---"The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses."

Let me know, what does it mean? Is there any particular format for this? If yes, anyone of friend could please forward to my mail id:
