Stamping needed?

Hi Guyz,
I happened to be here with company 'A' left it for some reasons transfered it to company 'B' and H1 is still valid company 'B' but i have visa stamped on company 'A' name(passport) and company A cancelled my H1(revoked) so i wanna go to india early next year and my visa is valid till june-07(passport) so do i need to have stamping on it or i need only new H1 documents.

Any suggestions wwould be appreciated
