Hi,
I went for H1Visa interview on 29th Nov.VO asked for company tax forms ,I said that my petioner has not provided .Then he asked about my experience,my previous travel on B1,degree certificate,marriage certificate etc., and then finally he said that everything is fine but he need some extra docs from petitioner and picked a form and ticked company tax forms,unemployement wage reports,project details etc., and asked to send these docs via drop box .
Same happened with couple of my frnds who got H1 papers from same consultant.My cnsltnt is telling them that he will speak to their lawer and send the docs, but since october they didn't send the rqrd docs for them.
What could be the reason for an petitioner to not to send the company tax forms,unemployement wage reports,employees list.Will it be that problem for them to send all these or could there be any other reason?Please let me know.
