H 1B on hold under 221(g)

I attended the visa interview in sep 06 in chennai. I was given 221(g) form the blue one. Few options are checked in it.

1.Petitions Income tax returns
2.A notarized list of all employees for the jobsite listed
3.Unemployment wage reports
4.A detailed and specific description of internal project development

My Employer has not provided the documents yet. It is already more than 2 months since my case is under query.
Please let me know how much time the employer needs to provide these documents. Why are they hesitating to provide me the documents immediately.

Hi

It solely depends on the employeer when can they produce these docs. Sometime they feel that some info in these docs is sensative and can't be given out openly.

Try to push them to produce these docs so that u can get ur Visa stamped.
