Hi,
I worked last 18 for an employer A.
Now I transferred my H1 to another employer B.
Next month I am going for H1 Visa stamping to Chennai.But now Employer A is not giving my Service/Experience letter.I have all payslips with employer A except for 1 month.Will it be a problem for my H1 Stamping If I won't show this service letter to American Consulate?
How can I proceed legally with employer A to get Service letter and my last pay??
