Urgent-please Answer.

Hi All,

My H1 Visa interview is to be scheduled on Dec 26. My sister is living in US and she is the Green card holder.what I have to answer for the question in DS-156 form for EX: " Do you have relatives in US?.somebody told that It'll create seroius problems at the time of the interview. Please advise.

yes..it might create probs for u in the Int. (but now VO do understand that u can not get GC just b'cos u r sis has one) U will need to tackle questions related to that very professionally. Be prepared for that.

I feel u should not hide anything from the VO. b'cos if they find that any info given in DS 156 is ****....they might ban u for life. So i would suggest give correct info and be prepared to ans the VO.
