Hello All,
I am on H1 visa but travelled on L1 before around 4-5 times. In all the visas stamped, my total name (i.e., First Name/Last Name) has gone to Surnames section and Given Name is printed as FNU. Till now I dint face any problem (entering US or even getting SSN). But when I went to get my Drivers License, there they pointed out this problem and asking me to change my name accordingly.
What is the procedure of doing it?. Can I do it in US embassy or should I have to go back to India.
