Hi,
My wife got an H1 approval notice from H4. She lives here since from last 4 years.
Her H4 I-94 had expired and have valid renewed i-94 when we filed for H1.
Due to some reasons, in her I-129 Approval notice we are not seeing/received I-94.
dont know the rason, but it clearly says she can work. Will she get SSN without I-94 ? can we goahead and apply for getting SSN ?
anyone has come across this situation ? pls advise.
