    H1b visa query

    Hi,
    I have a question regarding H1b visa. A medical software company(relatively new) is ready to sponsor my cousin as a medical consultant. I would like to know how feasible is it. My cousin just finished her medicine(MBBS) now. Is there going to be any objection for the visa?
