B1 or L1 while H1B under 221(g) blue handout

I have attended Visa Interview in Chennai on December 11, 2006 and was handed out 221(g) blue hand out.

In the mean time my present employer intends to send me to the US either on L1 or B1 for an important work.

My question to experts now is, Will the pending status of my H1b will have on impact when I go for stamping for L1 or B1 visa.

it may effect. u can see, one thread was goin on same issue 4-5 days back. guy was having 221g, went for b1 and got rejected b1 also (VO suspected him that he won't come back).. plz see that particular thread for full information
