Hello,
I want to move from company A to company B and I have a valid approved transfer for company B.
I gave my resignation to company A and they are not accepting that and are also asking me to pay them for the cost they incurred for my H1. Do I have to wait for them to accept my resignation or can I start with the new company? Will this pose any problem to me?
