Presently on H1-B status.My H1-B is valid till 09-30-2008. My Passport was damaged. I need to change my old Passport.I have a question here. If i change my old passport and i will get my new Passport, how can i get Visa.what is the processing for that.in my damaged Passport i have visa valid till 09-30-2008.Can you please guide me how can i transfer my old visa to my new Passport. Is it possible.

You can't transfer US visa.
Two options:
You just carry the damaged passport with US visa in it and new passport. Carry both passports.
Or, you will have to get new visa again.
