Hi,
My current H1B visa stamping on my passport expires on April 1st 2007 and I already have my new H1B I-797 document with the expiry date mentioned as April 2009. I am planning to go to Canada (ottawa) to get the new visa stamped.
If I travel to Canada in Feb, couple of months before the current stamping expires will they stamp the new visa? or will they ask me to come back after the current stamping expires which will be in April?
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
