h1b renewal qn.
hi,
i have my h1-b from october 2004 and i came back to india in april 2005, am in india since then adn my h1 expires ocober 2007 and i plan to go back to us in may 2007. my earlier empolyer is still holding my h1-b and he is ready to offer me a position. for applying for an extension will 4 months of my pay stubs be enough.and will there be any problem in reentering/immigration.
