i have been working for my employer on my OPT since feb of 2006. my OPT was going to expire on 15th Jan 2007 and the cap for H-1 visas was reached before my employer could apply. so my employer filed a petition for an H-3 visa for 10 months (to avoid a delay in work before getting H-1 in 2007).
my petition for H-3 got approved.
now i want to travel outside the U.S. and will need my visa to be stamped (it would be to europe but for a business trip from work...approx. 2 months). has anybody had his/her H-3 visa stamped from Canada ? any risks ? suggestions ? comments ? thnx.
