Any help/experience will be appreciated -
My date on I 94 expires May 2007 which was given when I was working for Firm A. I recently changed the job to firm B and got a new I 797 which is valid till Sep 2009. The new I 797 doesnot have any date on the I94 that is attached.
So my question is ... can I stay legally in US till Sep 2009 without getting new visa stamping or I need to get a new I94 BASED on new I 797 (I understand that I will not be able to travel outside US without visa stamping.) Please help.
