Folks,
My Visa Expired on Dec 19'2005 but maintained valid H1 B Approvals till today. Expecting another H1 B this month. And I'm on a 7th year extension with I-140 approved,Application is pending since Nov'2004.
My Concern is can i go Canada/Mexico get H1B Visa Stamped. I know there is risk if I've have a query i need to go back to India to get the things resolved.
Am i Still eligible to travel to Canada/Mexico without a valid US Visa to get my H1B Visa Stamp.
Any info is much appreciated.
