    Travel during H1b transfer process

    My new employer had initiated a H1B transfer in November 06 (Date of receipt - November 14th). I have not received my approval yet but have a valid visa stamp on my passport till 2008. Is it safe to travel internationally? Please advise. Does Leaving the country have any effect on the pending application??
