    H4 to H1 Conversion

    Hi,
    i am here in US on H4 Status. My H4 Visa is valid until Aug'07. I Got my H1 approved in the month of Nov '06. I am not yet started working. Now i am planning to go india and come back after 2 months . Can i still go come back with my H4 visa and start work on H1 after coming back.

    Any help is appreciated.
