I am working with company A & getting my H1 transfered to company B.
After the transfer has happened, I am planning to go to India on vacation.
When coming back... can I come on either company's H1 ?

---- If you have a valid and unexpired H1 Visa affixed on your Passport from Company A then you can travel and enter US. However, at the POE you should show your I-797 from company B to have a I-94 issued till the validity date of that H1
