Hello. I graduated from University in August and recently started working for a company. I was told from my boss that I will be employed for my parent company in Japan. Is it possible to switch from OPT status to L-status? Or does it have to be H1? H1 kinda sucks because your wife won't be able to work in the US even if she wants to, whereas L, they allow you.
