How 2 edit the DS156 form

Hi,
Is there a way to edit the DS 156 form as i Have booked slot for visa interview with old passport details and now new passport had come

Or can I enter the new passport details beside the old # with pen in DS 156 and 157

in DS156 col#1 to #14 cannot be edited once done but other can be edited online. so write with pen for those cols that cannot be edited.
Notify the officers reg changes upon entering into consulate on interview date.
