H4: Did your spouse's company applied for his Green Card?

I am on H1B visa. My company has filed Green Card for myself and the processing is still at the first stage (Labor Certification).

My wife will be appearing for H4 visa on first week of Feb. Following is a possible question for her interview, what should be the reply?

Q Did your spouse's company applied for his Green Card?

---- H1 is a dual intent Visa, meaning that you can reside within the US and also apply for permanent residence status i.e. Green Card. Along with H1 applicant their dependents are eligible as family members

---- The only time you will answer the question in the application form is when your I-140 has been approved and you have a firm date of approval from the USCIS
