Hello
my wife came here on H4 ,we went for driving licence they said that her I94 issued for less than 12 months and they require I94 for atleast 12months and 6 months remaining to issue a drivers licence.
though the second condition is satisfying, she is getting 4days short for 12 months
if anyone faced this type of problem let me know
