Hi,
I am lookinf for advise on the List of supporting documents that should be carried for Visa interview after a Visa transfer.
I have been working until 2006 Jan and went on maternty leave (unpaid) and resgned in dec and travelled back to India after two of resignation. During that tiem my visa was getting transferred and have the approval ready now with the new employer.
1. Since I was on maternity leave i have no current paystubs, would that be a problem?
2. List of documents that I should carry for the interview?
3. I stayed in US without pay for almost 10 months. (with my family). Does that require any justification.
