Need some basic info
I am on L1B in the US with ABC. I am planning to apply for my H1B in April 07 through XYZ. What is the best option here:
1. Go back to India in Sep 07 after obtaining H1 approval and after Oct 07 stamp H1 and return to US
2. Switch to XYZ and ditch ABC
What will be the legal implication with option 2?
Should I quit ABC immediately after my H1 approval is thro or should i wait till Oct 1 07 before joining XYZ.
