Can you work for 2 employers while on a H1B visa

Hi,
Is it possible to work for two different employees at the same time?

I have a H1B visa and working for company X. I also want to work for another company as part time for another company Y. Is that possible.??

If so, what are the things that I will have to do for that ?

Do you guys provide legal processing service for some fee? Please let me know
