I need to go to India and be back soon. I am on my 7th year extension with 4 months left. I got my I140 approved 3 months ago. I'm going to apply for an extension now. Once approved I'll have to travel to India. I'm very uncomfortable about the stamping at Chennai consulate. Is there any chance they deny stamping?
