221g query,waiting since 2 months,no reply from the consulate
HI,
I got 221g at chennai after my interview on Nov15th.i have sent all the documents what they have asked,on Nov 24th.its been 2 months and there is no responce from the consulate.i once mailed them on Dec 23rd,they said due to increase in number of applicants there is a delay.can i make a phone call to the consulate to know the status,dose it effect on my visa issuance ?
can anyone plz tell me how long do they usually take for these kind of proceedings,is there anyone else faceing these kind of problems?
