Appointment for H4 before marriage

Dear Sir,

I am working in US on H1B Visa, I am going to marry in Feb 07, Is it
possible to fix visa interview appointment for H4 visa before marriage on
the basis of other documents except marriage certificate & present
marriage certificate at the time of actual interview?

That depends upon which consulate you are going to.

e.g., Mumbai requires you to submit the marriage certificate in advance.
