Pls I wish to make an enquiry
My I-94 was marked as stay limited as per SPOB ,the immigration officer said I must leave the US by may 2007 and marked B1, I have multiply entries B1/B2 till Nov 2007 , I came last year to the US and applied for extension of stay this was approved and i left before it expired
am here for interviews ,and once I get the job would be applying for my H1 visa from my home country in order to do my Residency programme/specialization in medicine here
Please I want to know what SPOB means , he also wrote No EOS/AOS/COS on the I-94, he explained this as no extension of stay, adjustment or change of status that i should leave the US before May7 2007
Would this disturb my H1 visa application from my home country?
