H1 B and part time job
Hi,
My situation is: I am on H1 with company 'Z' , I work on contract projects on corp-to-corp basis at clients and I get paid by company 'Z'.
Now I got an opprotunity at some company 'X' to work for part time(like 16 hours per week).
so my question is in 3 parts
1. Can I work 40 hours as regular job with company 'Z' and 16 hours for company 'X' in parallel. FYI, I hold only 1 visa with company 'Z'
2. If I can do the above is there a way for me to get paid by company 'X' directly., if so what I need to do as a procedure.
3. If I should not work for company 'X' directly can I do the same work and get paid for these hours also by company 'Z' on corp-to-corp basis.
