Hi All,
Needed some views. I am an Indian CA currently in the US on H4. I am planning to apply for H1 this year. I am currently pursuing CPA here in the US, but am not too sure that I will be able to complete it before I file for H1.
My query is, what are the chances that my application would be rejected if I dont have a CPA degree?
I have done a 3 yr BCOm degree from India, have 3 years of articleship experience in India & 1 year and 8 months work experience in a leading bank in India. Do you think this would be adequate? Would the CPA make things easier? DO you think I can find sponsors without a CPA degree?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Smitha
