I got my H1 approved by Oct 2005. I got SSN by the end of Oct 2005.
But I was not enrolled in payroll until Aug 2006.
After Aug 2006 to until now, I have all the paystubs.
I am planning to transfer my H1 with recent paystubs. While transfering will this 9 months with out paystubs be a serious problem?
Will a "letter of unpaid vacation" solve the issue of being out of status?
Can I get "letter of unpaid vacation" with out being on payroll?
