Hello All,
I am working for company A for past 40 months in IT.I have been to US 2 times on B1/B2 for company A.Now,I have received an offer from company in US B, and they are filing for H1B based on my current profile.My question is
Will I have to quit my job with company A and get the experience letter before the Visa interview or the VO will be satisfied with my latest pay slips and offer letter,appraisal letters etc,.
I have worked for only one company before this,however that experience cannot be counted for the current profile.
