Greetings!
I have a quick question on the way H1 and L1 are treated, processed.
Scenario 1:
Mr.X is having a valid H1B extended petition and also has a L1A petition from Company A. He goes back for stamping in India & gets his L1A stamped. Now, when he comes back to US
i) Can he still transfer the H1B to Company B?
ii) what all documents (can only foto copies of petition accepted fo transfer)
he requires? incase Company A askes him to submit the Original Petition
documents in lieu of L1A - what should he withheld from giving them?
iii) Worst scenario can there be a transfer of his H1B in India itself and fly
back...???
Thanks in advance to everyone...
I hope this will help many consultants who sometimes hesistate to transfer for lack of information.
Cheers...
