H1 transfer-going back to the US

Hello,

I have a valid H1 (till end of 2007) and am working for employer A in the US now. I am planning to change my job now and the employer B will apply for my transfer.

My doubts-
1. Can I travel to India while the transfer is under processing?
2. Can I come back to the US with my old H1 stamp from employer A in my passport before getting the transfer approval from employer B?
3. Do I face any problems at POE (port of entry) if I come with employer B offer letter and employer A visa stamp in passport?

Friends, pls send me your comments....I am planning my travel to India in Feb"07.
