Hi,
I am working with company A and it processed my L1A and came to US in L1A now. also another company processed my Fresh H1 when i was in INDIA.
1. Now if i want to work in H1 then do i need to get my h1 stamping or it is not required?
2. if required can i get the stamping from Mexico or Canada? or i have to go to INDIA? which place is better?
please help me as i may need to leave to INDIA because of the current project completion.
