Hi,
I was issued 221(g) on November 2nd with a blue handout stating that experience doesnt meet requirements. On that blue handout it is written that your petition is sent back for further review.Upon completion of the review USCIS will contact your petitioner.PLease wait for a notification from the consulate before returning.
consulate officer is not convinced with my Job title as Systems Analyst.
He told, to be a Systems analyst one need to be a programmer after his engineering or total 6 yrs of experience is required if not a programmer.
My graduation: Chartered Engineer Mechanical from Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) in June 2001
Experience: July 2001 to April 2005 as Purchase Engineer from YYYY Chemicals; May 2005 to till date in SAP Compnay which is a MNC.
As a SAP MM Consultant
So upon completion of 6 month from the date of my last interview, shall i go to the consulate once again or Do i need to wait for the notification from consulate.
What are the chances of my visa approval
