I am working in company A now and they are planning to send me on B1.

But I have already applied for H1 through some other company B last year, which is in query status now.

My question is: Can we apply for B1 when we had already applied for H1

Please help me out

---- Yes, you can apply and provide the necessary evidence for the type of Visa you are applying for. If there are issues with any other Visa, they will not come into play as each is genreally considered independently
