Do I need to pay MRV fee again after 221(g)

Hi,

I've been denied visa under 221(g), two times earlier. Now I planned to take up the interview. It's been more than 15 months I took the first interview and 10 months when I dropped doucments in the VFS box.

My Query: The websites says that the MRV fee is valid only for 1 year and after that it will become invalid.

For a 221(g) cases like mine, can I go attend the interview without a new fee or I've to pay the fee again.
