Hi,
I have been on H-1 extension since Jan 05 and my petition is valid through June 07. I have to visit India in March 07 because of some personal unavoidable circumstances and am getting little worried about my VISA getting rejected because of the narrow validity period (March 07 to June 07 is ~3months). Can this be a potential reason for VISA rejection or am I worried unnecessarily?
any guidance would help me planning the trip in a different way (premium processing for fresh extension and stuff)
