H4 to H1 visa transfer

Hi I am working in India for A comp,My Comp has filed H1 ,but they didnt schedule H1 appointment with consulate,Recently I got married and my husband works in US on H1.
Can i go to US on H4 dependent,and put a transfer on my H1 petition to
B comp in US.
Will my status change from H4 to H1.
If yes can you tell me the details.

You can get H4 and go to US.

However, you can't do H1 transfer from A to B because you never got H1 visa for company A and never worked for company A on that H1 visa in US.
