Hi,
I was in US on H1 visa during 2000-2001. Due to the slow period, my company did not have projects and so I had to return to India in 2001. But my company did not terminated my service, I also did not resign. My H1 expired in 2002. When in India, I received some money from the company as they had not paid my salary when I was in US and ESA somehow got to know it. In 2003, I joined different company in India.
In 2005, I applied for another H1 through different company, but my H1 was not approved as communicated to me by my sponsor and they did not tell me the reason.
What can be the reason behind non-approval of H1? Can
I apply for another H1 now? What will be the effect of non-approval on new application?
