H1B visa Interview - Booking an appnt to attend in any embassy in India ?

Hi All...

Recently i had read from VFS website that we can attend interview in any embassy in india, irrespective of the location we r staying ....but how can i have the option to book the appointment thru VFS website?

Eg : I am from chennai and i want to book the appointment for mumbai embassy ...

---- If you are returning from US and need to go back to US you can book your Visa interview at any of the US Consulates in India irrespectice of the region/state you belong to
