    H1b stamping in European Countries?

    I have an Indian passport and am currently in the USA with a valid I797. I need to go to Germany in May but to return back to the USA from Germany I will need visa stamp on my passport. Can I get it stamped from the US embassy in Germany or any neighboring European countries? Or will I have to go to India to get the stamp?

    Any help is appreciated.
