H4 to H1..need stamping....
hello folks...
i came to US in '04, and got my H1 in oct'05,..last year my H4 is extended till Aug'07, ( i guess it is automatically cancelled , since i got my H1 ).now the LIN no' on my I 94 is different of the LIN no; of H1 i got, obviously..i iknow that..)..
..since my I 94 is valid (H4) till Aug'07,is it illegal to stay in US after that date, though my H1 is till '08..?????
now i need to get stamping for my H1 ..can i go to canada to get stamping or i have to go to only India to get stamping..??
...if i can go to canada for stamping, how should i get the visa( travel document ) and stuff, since it is 3rd country..?????
..what are the documents i have to carry to get my stamping for H1..??
..what are the precautions i have to take...?????
