    H1 stamping

    Hi,
    I have been working on H1 visa for past 4 months.But my H1 was issued for a partime (35 hrs a week) position so as to meet the min wage requirement.However i have been working full time (40 hrs a week).and getting paid accordingly.I will be travelling to india in june and want to get my visa stamped.Will this is be a problem.Wht are my options?
