Help-H1B 221g Yellow case

Hi,
I had been to New Delhi Embassy for my H1-B interview and unfortunately my case was put on hold under 221g yellow form. On this yellow form i have been even stamped as Application Received. VO told me that my application requires additional administrative processing and New Delhi office will contact me about the status after completion of this process. They did not ask any additional document.
Can anybody tell me what is the time frame i would know my final status from embassy?
Can i track my status online?
Please do reply about similar experience!!!

I have a similar case. I attended an interview at Delhi consulate last week of Oct 2006. They handed over a Yellow card with Additional Administrative Processing Required checked. Now its already 9 months and I didn't get any status updates on the same.
Is there any way I can expedite the process or atleast know the status on the same.

221(g) yelllow form

Hi,

I attended interview in Nov,2007. They issued me a yellow form.they told that "No new appointment needed. Please returnwith the required documentation on any business day"

But they didn't mention single document. They took I797,Ds156,DS157,tax docs, proj docs & returned passport.
still i didn;t get any reply,..Is anybody got reply after issuing yellow form?
any body can give idea ?
