I'am Naveen Completed My B.tech(c.s.e0 In 2006).
At Present I'am Doing A Job And I Want To Apply For
H1 Visa This Year. I Am Looking Forward For My H1
Filing On Apr'07.
I've Applied For My Convocation In My Universityand
It Will Probably Reach Me By April 2'nd Week.i Need
To Confirm Whether I Exactly Need My Convocation
For Filing H1 Or Can I Carry With My Provisional?(or Do
I Need It At The Time Of Interview)

And I Need To Confirm What Are The Documents Needed
For Filing H1 Visa.it's Urgent Plz Give Me A Reply Soon......

---- At the time of filing for a H1 petition there is no need for a complete degree certificate (like the scroll of honor) given to someone at a convocation. However, at the time of H1 Visa interview you do need the degree/diploma to be presented to the VO at a US Consulate
